Efficiency vs. Percentage of Processors Used
This tool allows users to view a scatter plot comparing the efficiency of a run to the percentage of the machine used (Processors used/Total Processors in the machine) for that run. Efficiency is defined as the sustained Flop rate of the calculation divided by the maximum theoretical Flop rate of all the processors used for the run.
